TAPU (Title deed) - is an official and legal document to prove ownership rights of a property. Turkish Tapu is explained as “title deed”, and it is the official document that proves the rights of buying a property in Turkey.
The ownership of the property is confirmed to the person mentioned in the document.
The title deed in Turkey contains detailed information about everything related to the property, and without this document, a person’s ownership of any property in Turkey cannot be recognized.
The following documents must be provided for title deed conveyance:- Translation and original version of the buyer’s passport
- Buyer tax number
- Identity information form
- Evaluation report
- Current property document
Each of the following information will be mentioned to get Tapu in Turkey according to the Turkish Tapu laws:

- The registration number of the land in which the property is located
- The total area of land of the property

- The value of the property in Turkish lira
