Ayr\u0131ca, Nisan 2025 T\u00dcFE verileri ayl\u0131k %3,00, y\u0131ll\u0131k ise %37,86&#8217;l\u0131k bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Enflasyon rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n on iki ayl\u0131k ortalamas\u0131 baz al\u0131narak belirlenen <\/span><b>kira art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 2025 May\u0131s ay\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 48,73 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bu oran, ev sahiplerinin kirac\u0131lar\u0131ndan talep edebilece\u011fi yasal tavan zamm\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nisan 2025&#8217;te T\u00dcFE&#8217;deki de\u011fi\u015fim bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re %3,00 art\u0131\u015f, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re ise %37,86 art\u0131\u015f olarak kaydedildi. Ayr\u0131ca, kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileyen 12 ayl\u0131k ortalamalara g\u00f6re T\u00dcFE art\u0131\u015f\u0131 %48,73 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
