Ayr\u0131ca, 16 Ekim 2023 tarihinden itibaren ge\u00e7erli olan yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, ikamet izni ba\u015fvurusu yapabilmek i\u00e7in al\u0131nacak ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n de\u011ferinin en az 200.000 Amerikan Dolar\u0131 olmas\u0131 \u015fart. T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fvurmak isteyenler i\u00e7in ise minimum de\u011fer 400.000 Amerikan Dolar\u0131 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Gayrimenkul Al\u0131rken Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken \u00d6nemli Noktalar<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00fclk se\u00e7iminde askeri ve g\u00fcvenlik b\u00f6lgelerinde k\u0131s\u0131tlama oldu\u011funu bilmek \u00f6nemlidir. Sat\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n yasal durumu uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan kontrol edilmeli. Tapu harc\u0131 ve masraflar\u0131 Gelir \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sitesi \u00fczerinden veya bankalar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kolayca \u00f6deyebilirsiniz.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Gayrimenkul Edinimi Sonras\u0131nda Oturma \u0130zni Ba\u015fvurusu Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n tapusunu ald\u0131ktan sonra oturma izni ba\u015fvurunuzu<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e-ikamet sistemi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00fczerinden ba\u015flatabilirsiniz. Ba\u015fvuru formu doldurulduktan sonra size en yak\u0131n \u0130l G\u00f6\u00e7 \u0130daresi\u2019nden randevu alman\u0131z gerekir. Gerekli belgeler aras\u0131nda pasaport fotokopisi, ikamet izni ba\u015fvuru formu, sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 poli\u00e7esi, tapu fotokopisi ve 4 adet biyometrik foto\u011fraf bulunur. Ortalama ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci 1-1,5 ay s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Gayrimenkul \u0130le \u0130kamet \u0130zni Yenileme S\u00fcreci ve \u00d6nemli \u0130pu\u00e7lar\u0131<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130kamet izni s\u00fcrenizin bitimine 60 g\u00fcn kala yenileme ba\u015fvurusu yapman\u0131z gerekir. Gayrimenkul m\u00fclkiyetiniz devam etti\u011fi s\u00fcrece ikamet izniniz uzat\u0131labilir.
